Boarding
Dogs staying with us will be treated to a heated/air conditioned private indoor space with an outdoor run. Boarders get 2 outdoor play yard times per day. Playtimes can include running, playing and fetch. The length of time in the play yard is based on weather and individual dogs enjoyment. We do not do group play with dogs your dog is not familiar with.
What should you bring?
Food: Your dog will do best when kept on the food that they already eat. You can also bring a few treats but nothing that your dog is not already use to eating. There is no need to bring water bowls or food dishes as we can supply that. Our food bowls and water buckets are washed daily.
Vaccination Records: Send us a photo or bring in a copy of your dogs up to date rabies certificate. We also recommend bordetella.
Daycare
Is your dog getting the exercise and socialization they need? Treat your dog to a fun and active day at Rolling Gait Canine Centre and bring home a happy and tired pup. Our dog day care services are designed to improve your pets quality of life in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. We provide both mental stimulation and socialization. Our spacious play areas allow for maximum fun and the chance for your four-legged family member to burn off some of that pent-up energy.

We recently had the pleasure of leaving three of our Bulldogs at the Rolling Gait Canine Centre in Dorchester for more than 30 days (ages 11, 8 and 6 years). Bulldogs are a tricky breed and need someone who knows the ins and outs to provide a safe, clean environment. We’ve known the McAllisters for nearly 20 years and had no hesitation leaving the dogs in their care. They kept us up-to-date at all times about appetites, behaviours and minor medical issues (ears and eyes).
Rolling Gait Canine Centre and staff are reliable, honest, caring, and extremely professional. When we picked the dogs up, each one was healthy, clean, happy, and well-fed. We arrived home with all their toys, cheese, meds, and leftover dog food. It was a pleasure to deal with this facility and made our stay away from home worry-free and relaxing. We heartily recommend Rolling Gait and the staff to anyone considering boarding their dogs.
